Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-7 days to let you
know your order is on the way!
Orders placed before 18:00 during store hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 20km of Runcorn.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally using Australian Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.
$10 Flat Rate Shipping (Australian customers)
Shipping is charged at $10 flat rate for all orders. Australia Post's Parcel Post service is used for shipping all items within Australia. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be despatched.
If you would like to add extra cover (insurance) to your parcel please leave a message at checkout and we can organise this for you at an additional cost.
Free Shipping (AU customers)
You will receive free postage when you purchase products to the value of $200 or more. For multiple orders placed within the same 12hr period with a combined product value of $200 or more - please email your order numbers within 12hrs of your purchase to combine your orders and receive a refund of your shipping costs.

Express Postage (AU customers)
For orders requiring express post, this option is available at checkout at the rate of $15. Simply select the check box under the shipping method section at checkout. Australia Post’s “Express Post” service will be utilised for this shipping option. Please note, while we do our best to despatch your express shipping orders as quickly as possible, it may take up to 7 working days to despatch, unless prior arrangement has been made. If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us to discuss prior to purchase. PLEASE NOTE: EXPRESS POST IS NO LONGER GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY. This is out of our control. Refer to Australia Post's website for further information.
International Shipping
We currently offers tracked shipping to USA, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and New Zealand. For orders being sent outside of Australia, We use Economy Air shipping - no tracking. The expected delivery time frame will vary from country to country and is between 1 - 4 weeks. If your item does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchasing. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will of course refund your money.
